Some clients – and tenants’ – imaginations are limited by what they have seen before. For this project, QBRE were selected to do the CAT A and transform a shell into something inspiring (and commercially attractive). Quarterback devised a flexible platform made for co-living and offices and All-Star Studio designed a stunning space for their own flex team to work out of.
