The brief was clear – and challenging: Design and deliver a floor that defines what a modern workplace looks and feels like. To Quarterback, that meant flexible, human and ready for anything. But modern workplaces also have to be sustainable. A full carbon footprint report guided every decision, from wall finishes to furniture; each selected for recyclability, durability and low environmental impact.

No carpet tiles. Just broadloom wool. Natural, renewable, breathable. Warm underfoot and made to last. Elevated.

This was the final piece of a bigger picture. Four unique floors already reimagined, and all let before completion. The seventh? A chance to go further. To make the flagship.

More than desks and finishes, this was movement, light, flow.
