Others arrive with the ring of a phone rather than a fanfare. In the case of

Equal Experts, a personal recommendation from a friend of a friend led to

Chere Falconer and the team pitching to a client for whom chemistry was

(almost) everything.

Are these ‘soft skills’? Maybe. But there’s nothing soft about committing to a

project so wholeheartedly that the client feels comfortable including multiple

internal groups in the process. This, it transpires, added energy and vigour to

an already stimulating and rewarding process, and those qualities are visible

in the finished project.

The existing shell was a simple but elegant space with gorgeous timber

floors, but it needed transformation. The client requested flexibility: our team

delivered in spades, repurposing every nook and cranny to make it

multifunctional, Folding walls for flexibility, dynamic desks and inviting

breakout spaces abound; multiple functions unlocked. All the while, the

building’s traditions were respected and embraced.

Another tradition? A client who can’t thank Quarterback enough for the result

and the process that led to it.
